Lars Jeppesen -Chief Executive Officer

Lars Jeppesen is the CEO of Tech One Global which he co-founded in 2004 as Tech Distribution, since December, 2008 and was appointed to transform the vision and positioning of Tech One Global into a Software Services and Solutions orientated company. He is responsible for steering the company to constant innovation and vision and defining the strategic business and marketing goals.

Lars has over twenty years of core marketing and management experience and has held a variety of leadership positions.  Prior to Tech One Global, Lars led up the Middle East and Africa business operations at Kofax, Dubai, UAE and held roles as CEO of Tech Distribution Lanka Pvt Ltd; as a Founder and Managing Director of Valuevad; and as a Solutions Marketing Manager at Eastman Kodak Company, EMEA.
His international business experience has focused on building up a number of business ventures as well as acquiring extensive knowledge in the technology industry, primarily Information Capture, Imaging, Optical Character Recognition, ECM and EDMS.

Lars is continuously seeking new business opportunities. His entrepreneurial ways began early at 22-year-old when founded Micro Deal and co-founded  Space World, Denmark’s first IT specialist retailer - he is a strong advocate for open and competitive business practices.

Weerakoone is the COO of Tech One Global and manages all operational functions - from product distribution to global sales, training and services. He co-founded Tech One Global (then Tech Distribution) in 2004 and is a key player in engaging the marketplace and demonstrating growth and development.  

Wasantha bring over 19 years of experience in the information technology industry and brings a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise to the Tech One Global management team. An engineer by profession, he quickly assumed a business focus and has a track record for developing small companies into successful enterprises. Prior to joining Tech One Global, Wasantha served as the Chairman of Sanergy PVT Ltd and Sanje Lanka PVT Ltd. In addition he has worked in a variety of leadership and product management positions at Valuevad and Ali bin Ali. His roles have encompassed working on enterprise content management solution projects, IT Distribution and Renewable energy.

His main focus has been business development and he sees himself as a business leader and motivator. He is a ‘’hands-on’’ individual and has a passion for renewable energy and environmental projects.

Rakesh Wahi is a co-founder of Tech One Global and was involved with the setting up and capitalisation of the company. Together with the core management team he reviews the performance of the business on the behalf of shareholders specifically to build shareholder value.

Rekesh has performed a wide variety of roles and has been involved in projects across a scope of industries including Educational, Media, Telecommunications and Information technology. His extensive experience in emerging markets such as Middle East, South & South East Asia and Africa gives him an extra business stride and marks him as a driving force when it comes to tackling business challenges. He begun his exploring when he took part in India's scientific expedition to the Antarctica in 1987/88 and his challenges have just kept grown since then.

Rakesh Wahi has a dynamic portfolio and prior experience includes General Manager and Vice President of Communications Development Corporation (“CDC”); Consultant and later director at Communication Equity Associates (‘’CEA’’) investment banking office. Rakesh has also been involved with several corporate development projects, successful set-ups, feasibility studies, investment evaluations and transactions in the cable, satellite, television, telecommunications and education industries in the Middle East over the last 14 years.

Additionally Rakesh holds the following positions:  Vice Chairman of Murdoch University International Study Centre Dubai, UAE; Managing Director of Capital Management Advisors ("CMA"); Vice Chairman of CNBC Africa, South Africa.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree (Physics & Mathematics) and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers, Calcutta, India.

Arjuna is the General Manager of Tech One Global in Brunei Darussalam and is responsible for driving the operations locally. He launched Tech One Global in 2006 and has turned the operations into one of the key distribution businesses in the region. Also he grew the business beyond distribution and the company is the only Microsoft Large Account Reseller (LAR) and the only Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS) in Brunei Darussalam.

Arjuna has extensive experience in the Asian distribution market with Microsoft technology and has worked in a number of leading Sales and Marketing roles working with the partner channel and distributors. His previous positions include: Partner Development Manager at CMT Ltd, the Microsoft Market Development Microsoft Partner for Sri Lanka: Corporate Channel Manager at Ingram Micro Asia Ltd. He started his IT career in 1997 with Keells Business Systems as a Marketing Officer, followed by various executive and middle management roles at E-W Information Systems and Open Systems Technologies.
Arjuna has a passion for exploring new business opportunities and engaging with the channel to leverage partnerships. He specializes in software licensing and has extensive experience with Microsoft Licensing solutions.

Chandana is the General Manager of Tech One Global and is responsible for the business operations in Sri Lanka and Maldives. He was a part of the company’s start-up team and a key driving force behind the hands-on operational success. As a Microsoft licensing expert, he has been able to lift business off the ground (for then Tech Distribution) and has enabled the Sri Lankan subsidiary of develop the Microsoft Market for Microsoft in Sri Lanka. He has continued to roll out successful strategies within Tech One Global.

Before joining Tech One Global, Chandana was in charge of Marketing for Memory Technologies and his role was key in introducing and developing the Kingston Brand in Sri Lanka. Chandana has gathered 11 years experience in the IT industry in Sri Lanka and he is actively involved in IT market sector.
He is the Vice president of Sri Lanka Computer Vendors Association and a Member of Sri Lanka Association for Software Industry. Chandana is an Associate member of Charted Institute of Marketing in UK and currently pursuing his MBA.
